ACTIA EMS Sweden AB is a manufacturer of electronics with offices and production in Mjärdevi, Linköping. Here, 35 dedicated employees work to provide national and international customers with cutting-edge electronics for a variety of applications. We have a high order intake and therefore need to strengthen our team.

About the role:

We are now looking for someone who wants to work with us in assembling components on circuit boards. As an operator at ACTIA EMS, you will:

• program and load our surface mount machines
• operate the machines
• and maintain/service them.

At ACTIA EMS, you will have the chance to develop both yourself and your experience in electronics manufacturing within one or more of our areas. You may also work with the assembly/testing of our products, which requires high precision and technical familiarity.

We will train you on-site. No prior knowledge is required, although experience from similar work is certainly a strong merit.

We have high demands on our quality, so together with your colleagues, you will ensure that our customers receive their products on time and with high quality.

In the long term, two shifts and weekend work may occur.

Please also note that for some of our projects, a security clearance may be required.

Requirements:

• You have at least a high school diploma.
• You are a Swedish citizen.
• You speak and read Swedish and English.

• You can follow both written and verbal instructions.
• You are a decent colleague who treats your peers well.
• You are interested in technology and have good computer skills.

Meritorious qualities:

• You have previous experience in surface mounting/from electronics production.
• You have studied electrical/telecommunications or technology in high school.
• You have CNC training.
